The Cut it Out Programme

The Cut It Out programme covers the following issues in relation to Road Traffic Collisions amongst young people speeding, drink/drug driving, mobile phone use, peer pressure, travelling in vehicles with people of the same age group and seatbelt use.

The Cut It Out programme, relies heavily upon the interaction between students and facilitators, requiring students to ultimately take on different roles and 'investigate' the cause and problems associated with a Road Traffic Collision. They are also asked to look at how the incident could have been avoided and to report their findings back to their peers.
