Changing Driver Behaviour

Educate drivers about road safety issues, with victims experienc.

The aim is:

  • to change the behaviour of drivers, as road crash is cause in about 75% by drivers' behaviour.

Victims talks about their story and challenges as a result of road crashes. Drivers are advised that it is because of their life or passengers lives thus why safety is preached, so they need to be conscious and concentrate in their driving.

National road safety Commission
is invited to speak about road safety signs and other safety issues. Drivers are invited to ask questions and those questions would be answered by the police and NRSC representative.

The Main Target Group is Drivers
The result is that drivers are being aware of themselves that they can be potential victim and suffer what some of us have gone through so they will listen to safety messages and practice them. Drivers are registered for follow-up calls, monitoring of their safety behaviour and re-shaping of strategies. These registered drivers would be grouped so that they will be met frequently for their safety.
