Safety Information & Protection System
We develop mobile teen safety applications. We now have an Android and iPhone version that is available of our app called SIPS (Child, Free, Parent $9.99 on iTunes and Android Marketplace)
The app notifies parents when a child is texting while driving, exceeds a pre-set (by parent) speed limit, or leaves a pre-determined (by parent) geographic boundary. We feel this app will leverage the cell phone to be a supervisory tool, rather than a distraction for teens in their cars, which will encourage safer decisions. We have new versions of the app in progress, using more mobile platforms, and higher level functions.
