The RACQ (Royal Automobile Club of Queensland) is the peak motoring organisation in Queensland, Australia. The club provides a wide range of motoring, travel and other services, including the provision of road safety education to school students via the Road Safety Education Team.
The Road Safety Education team’s flagship program, Streets Ahead, is an interactive and age appropriate road safety presentation provided to primary school students and their teachers free of charge. Streets Ahead aims to educate students about pedestrian, passenger and bicycle safety resulting in increased general road safety awareness.
