Philippines as an archipelago country, a greater need for a collective community actions for better services to be link to its 7,100 island of different cultures into a cohesive, productive and united for a strong nation.
 
Road to progress is in our ability, as a united people of different cultures be connected to a common goal of an available, affordable and safe transport infrastructure to bring us all closer as one nation.

They say, lack of resources can be reason as the cause of poor development, but it is the in-sensibilities of people in authorities, through mismanagement of gov't departments concern and corruptions of politicians to deliver the needed infrastructures. And for the citizens to simply be a fence sitter can only contribute even to the destructions and/ or deterioration of road and other facilities.

 
It is an open secret and a disgusting reality, how we are being left out in our by ASEAN brothers in infrastructure development, we are a victim of our politicians an stagnation for reason we as a society been an active participants in political patronages. We take pride of having an overflowing resources of talents which other countries are hungry to have, sadly we live in a below standard in terms of development of our roads, deteriorating infrastructure and poor transport system most often hazardous to our safety.

There is still hope in the future for there are still people in government who can be of help, but let us first be pro-active citizens ready to help them be protected by the bad faith of their peers and political bickering... and together we will triumph as a truly proud nation, positively exercising people power in a productive ways.

Now, Lets us be one in spirit moving to progress, CARTES, a People Empowerment advocacy group, take a positive active role in information dissemination and awareness program on road safety and infrastructure development to empower people in being the custodian, inspectors, informers and consultant to best deliver our nations dream of better access among our countrymen in the different regions making it into reality.

Stand up and be counted to take an active role to better roads in the renewal of our life, vibrant cultures and a strong nation we can truly be proud.
